Types of link exchange

Link exchange can take place through following ways:

2) One way link exchange or commonly known as triangular link exchange
3) Directory submission
4) Article submission

Reciprocal link exchange, Two way link exchange:

Directory submission:

Directory submission is also like reciprocal link exchange. The difference here is that directory submission will have link exchange between one normal site and another directory. Article submission:

Article submission is a kind of one way link exchange. In article submission, the owner of the site creates an article ensuring that there is a link to its site into it.
